PATHETIC COURIER SERVICE
ON 1 February 2019 I received an SMS that my phone will be delivered by CCD COuriers and if not I should contact them in 48 hours. On Monday 5 February 2019, I phoned and was informed, yes, the package is there but without an address, nobody phoned me, I had to phone THEM. I was promised delivery THURSDAY7 FEBRUARY 2019. ON this date, today 7 FEBRUARY 2019, I again phoned and was told they need to confirm my address. SO WHERE is the phone that should have been delivered TODAY, can anyone tell me?

07 Feb 2019, 14:23The matter has been resolved after a to and fro between the originator company, CCD and myself. delivery has now been scheduled with TWO people for MONDAY 11 FEB 2019.
