Pathetic CCD COURIERS contracted by ABSA Credit card.I Division
ABSA contrcted CCD COURIERS to deliver more places credit card.I was informed via email,sms and telephone on 21 August that delivery would be between 8-12am on 28 August.After waiting at the delivery address for 4 hours,I received an sms informing me there is a delay in delivery. I called the number provided to be told the card had been sent to the wrong town,and I have to wait until Wednesday 2nd September for delivery.CCD COURIERS were aware that I will be on leave from early next week and will require the card for my travels. How in the modern era does a card get sent to Welkom instead of Bethlehem?I mean, how hard can it be? To make matters worse no apology was forthcoming. Unfortunately the pathetic service refllects poorly on ABSA aswell,as the reviews for the company are poor

Had I not enquired I would once again have waited for nothing.
It is engaging to deal with such incompetence.
How donthey even manage to get the contract?
No consequence for the company,but ABSA is about to lose a loyal client.

Why arrange a time that I should receive the package (with my ID) if it was not being delivered to me.
Why not confirm that the package was delivered to service provider?I was waiting.
Why was the package sent to Welkom instead of Bethlehem to start with?
I will definitely not utilize your services again.
