Pathetic CCD Couriers

My Nedbank Card was not handed to me as the photo in the ID that was issued by Jome Affairs had a blue backgroung. PATHETIC!!!! Must I get a nwe ID to satisfy this pathetic courier company if The bank is happy to use the ID for any enquiry???
