Pathetic assistance

First of all my package was suppose to be delivered last week but there was a problem with my proof of adress . I got that sorted out . Today 27/01/2025 my wifi was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 12 am . I phoned them and they told me my adress that I'm using does not exist. So I have it again . Then I had to phone again and they told me that he wil only be here after 4PM. It is now 5PM and I'm stil waiting when I phoned a while ago they told me the courier was here and he had to leave because I do not have a copy of my I'd which is not true I do have everything and no one has been here . I am not happy because I have paid for my wifi and I'm stil waiting. I need to drive out petrol to meet them and they just come up with stories .
