Pathetic!

<p>CCD were supposed to have collected documents from me on the 2nd of March. Started well, contact person called me around lunch time on the 1st to arrange collection for the next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thursday comes and I get a call later in the day to say the vehicle had broken down and could they collect on Friday. OK so understandable that these things can happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Friday morning comes and goes with nothing. I call the offices and give the operator my ID number and description of the collection. Cant find it.. takes quite a while and I eventually get a reference. I get told that the a.) The courier called me on my cell phone with no repley (didnt leave a message) b.) called me on my office number - no reply and c.) couldnt get into our building as security wouldnt let him in (which is absolute bull as we get couriers in and out all day every day!)</p> <p> </p> <p>I then get told that they can only fetch the following Tuesday. Tell them this is not good enough as the documents are urgent and need to go to the UK asap.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tell the agent that I need to speak to a supervisor as I am unhappy with the service. I am told that someone will call me back. Nothing. I call again on Friday afternoon and same story.. someone will call me back. Of course no one did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was busy at work on Monday and didnt get a chance to call again. Felt it was a waste of time as they wouldnt fetch it until Tuesday anyway.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I call this morning and get cut off twice. Get through the 3rd time and again takes a while before they can track the rference number. Then get told that the collection hasnt been scheduled and that they can only fetch on Wednesday!</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service! Cannot imagine why FNB would use a company like this for the collection of important documents.</p> <p> </p>
