PARCEL NOT DELIVERED ON PROMISED DATE

I got an sms yesterday and the day before informing that CCD will deliver my parcel today the 14th May 2015 between 8:00 and 10:00. I waited the whole morning for this, and at 9:57 I decide to get myself coffee to my surprise when I get back to my desk there is a missed call from *** which took place at 9:59, and I decide to call the number back which turns out to be that of CCD Couriers. From reception I'm sent from pillar to post and end up waiting for more than 30 minutes on the line for a consultant is trying to connect me to the driver. When I finally get to the driver who called himself Sandile, he tells me he's left the CBD and is now in Soweto.<br> <br> 1. I acknowledge it's my problem to miss that call by a min or two, but I still don't understand why would they wait till 1 min to 10:00 before they call me. 2. I don't understand why would anyone call me from an 087 when doing a delivery, 'cause if that call was done from the driver's phone, I would call him back, surely he wouldn't have left our offices at the time I returned the call, THAT IS IF HE CAME TO THE BUILDING AT ALL. I've been waiting for this parcel for more than 2 weeks already, but it's still to no avail.
