Painfully BAD service by CCD couriers

I honestly would NOT advice anyone to use this courier company. I chose the option of collecting my parcel at their offices to avoid waiting for delivery after I saw their bad reviews. Little did I know that something as easy as me just collecting my parcel would would be an uphill BATTLE. I even took a photo as proof for the sender that I waited a full 55 MINUTES just to receive my parcel. I ended being so late to collect my son from crèche that I paid a fine and found him playing alone as all the other kids had gone home. The worst part is when I complained they all just shrug their shoulders including the lady who was organising my parcel. This is truly unacceptable as I believe parcels should be well organized prior as pick up was arranged before I even arrived. I waited for so long it was as if I showed up unannounced at their offices. If this behavior does not change I unfortunately see a negative impact on this company.
