Painful experience

Terrible experience, my delivery has been moved around to different dates. Finally I got a message that the delivery will happen today. I am still waiting for them to delivery my rain router, the driver's car broke down and now the delivery is delayed for a few hours - that was the reason they gave me for not arriving on time today, up to now, no one has arrived.
