Outstanding Service

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I had major frustrations with getting my iStore card couriered to my office. The driver came the first time, but I was not in the office, then he left...came back later but I never had the correct documentation, so he left again and could only returnthe following day, which would not have worked for me as I needed to get my card on that day to get my wife a gift. After numerous of calls to the CCD Couriers staff etc, no one could assist me the way Samantha Raats could. She called me and tried to understadn what my frustrations were. She kept me calm and managed the entirte situation very well. Everyone else didn't give me any options over and above their policy, and gave the same ole 'we apologize for the inconvenience sir' which was very ineffective to solving my problem. Firstly, Samantha kept to her word when she said she'd call me back, not like the other staff at CCD. Clearly a person of good character and intergrity. Secondly, she made sure she called the drivers management team to make sure the driver delivers my card on the same-day, where as other staff members only gave me one option of 'tomorrow' which once again didn't solve my problem, indicating to me that they couldn't care less about me, the client and my situation. Thirdly, Samantha kept following up with me through calls and email throughout the entire process of me getting my card delivered the same day. I felt like she treated me like more than just a client, a number, another 'one of those'! She really impressed me with good service. If only the customer service industry would be this helpful and considerate towards their clients, this country would be a pleasure to do business in.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks again Samantha, I appreciate your excellent level service.</p>
