Outstanding documents

Good morning

Can you please make sure that my card is delivered today, the driver came yesterday but said I needed several other documents since a third-party is collecting on my half.

I have the documents ready so please make sure that my card is delivered today, CCD did not even send me a message stating what other additional documents are required which is very frustrating.
