Ordered a router 6days ago, It has not been delivered I called the call centre to find out why,the agent said he will call me back to plan delivery

Ordered a router 6days ago, It has not been delivered I called the call centre to find out why,the agent said he will call me back to plan delivery.Since then they never called me back. Disappointing customer service at par!!
