Order Not Delivered and No Communication

They received my order on the 3rd of October and till now they haven't delivered. Worst experience ever. I got a message and when I tried use that link, they sent me to schedule a delivery date, the link doesn't work. Like I am so disappointed because I really need this order and I am getting no assistance. They are not even replying to my emails.
