Operator Put Phone down on me

<p>Your operatir just slammed the phone down on me. I asked for conformation from YOUR company, as the recipients of my CONFIDENTIAL information, what security is in place to ensure that the person I hand over my information to, is relibale and will not commit ID ***** after walking off with copies of my ID etc. THis was clearly a question that she was not prepated to respond to in a professional manner and deemed it appropriate to slam the phone down on me,. How uttery unprofessional, but not surprising as the first attempt to deliver my card was thwarted due to me not having (AS I WAS NOT INFORMED) original ID. Why do you need copies AND originals to scan....your couriers then have soft AND hard copies of all relevant information with which to commit *****. ***** is a reality, your staff should be able to respond to such queries in an adult and proffessional manner.
