Once again, the worst service !!!!!! Deliver my Card

Once again CCD couriers, you've proven that your services are very unprofessional, after calling in your customer service department, been assisted by Anastacia, who were very arrogant when I did a follow up, asking if they could call me back, my bank card is supposed to be delivered today, I received sms and a call which I've missed around 07:22 jn the morning, and no I thought of phoning me back to confirm my delivery, for my bank card

Anastacia tells me that she cannot update my details, because if she does tg3 delivery changes, I find it very rude because it's like she did not even care wether it gets resolved or not, I don't see the point why we schedule deliveries if its not going to get delivered on time,

I want my bank card today because I need it, this is so inconvenient!!!!!!

Worse part is you are giving FNB a bad name with your poor service!!!! Call me I want my card
