Oh what a clown company!

Yesterday the 27th I recieved a call from +27 (78) *** saying he is delivering my card, hes at Ruimsig I waited and waited he did not show up, today the 28th March around 09h19 am I called the same number enquiring about the delivery the phone was answered by an extremely rude african male who refused to give me his name,he questioned why was I calling with landline he told me the phone I was calling is a device and drivers leave it when they knock, he told me to call the company landline and stop calling him, he eventually dropped the call on my ear. When I called again the phone was not answered. I am not sure why would capitec use such company to deliver to say the guy who answered the phone was rude is an understatement.
