Not happy
Not impressed at all. Awaiting a RCS card for delivery, from the start i informed them that i only have certified ID and affidavit regarding my id and drivers that are lost.
They knew this but didnt tell me they wont take it. Monday they where going to deliver went to wrong address, today wgen we met refused to give, the driver did try and also the call centre did call RCS and explained to them.
Now want temp docs which I can get now, drivers takes forever to get slot and id i will be doing back in Western Cape.
I mean its a affidavit and certified, willing to even do at police station.
I understand they only doing they're job but then they should not have accepted when told them this over phone.

14 Sept 2023, 07:10I suggest you listen to the call that was made to me the first time where I explained this and the lady said she will contact RCS to make sure and call back for appointment.
Received the call next day to arrange.
Monday when you went to wrong house I got a call again to reschedule (and i took off work that day).
Again i made sure the guy knows about this and he said to have those copies (please go listen to that).
So i understand RCS has rules but then you should not accept this arrangement in first place.
