Not fit for courier business

They sent a link to schedule an appointment for a delivery then they did not show up. No message just an automated message the next day saying there was no one to deliver the parcel while i skipped work waiting for that parcel. Four days later im calling the company for a parcel i should have received a while ago and the consultants are just saying they will ESCALATE the matter. RAIN please use takealot and leave these guys
