not acception proof of address

<p>my standard bank credit card needs to be delivered by ccd couriers. When the delivery guy came to deliver the card he did not want to accept my proof of address. I queried this with ccd couriers and Grace Mahlango rep**** via email what is required on the proof of address. All the info is on the letter I had to give the driver. No she will take this up with the bank to confirm if they can accept the proof. She also stated that they now require a hand written letter as proof of address. </p> <p> </p> <p>How ridicules can this get. They are with holding my credit card at this moment. I have used the same proof of address to apply for car finance and this credit card, but the COURIER COMPANY does nit want to accept it. </p> <p> </p> <p>This needs to be sorted out asap as the credit card is not their property and further actions eill be taken if they do not deluver my card before 16:00 today!</p>
