I order my rain router and from rain I was notified that I will get an sms with a tracking number from CCD COURIES I haven't received that sms. I tried to contact rain for assistance and I haven't received it

15 Nov 2024, 16:09Today I was called to confirm availability and for Monday 18/11/2024 and I confirmed. And after 30 minutes I received a call to schedule the appointment delivery date to today which was supposed to be between 2-4 pm. Still no sign of delivery it's even past 4 and no delivery has arrived. And no one ever called to explain if there is a delay. This company takes customers for granted. I wouldn't recommend any of its services to anyone else. This is a clear factor that none of its clientèle is their priority.
Please cancel the delivery I don't want it anymore I'll find other means of home WiFi else were.
