Non delivery of bank card

Why do FNB use this useless company as everyone I know has had problems with delivery of their cards? My card expires on Sunday and when I posted on Hellopeter about FNB I received two calls from them promising to contact CCD Couriers but still no card. Do they actually have an office in Cape town as the phone is never answered? Do they have their own vehicles as I have never seen a delivery vehicle branded CDD Couriers? Not sure if it is an urban myth but have been told of a card delivered by Mr Delivery. They told FNB they cannot contact me but FNB had no trouble phoning me,
