Non delivery and no feedback

I want to complain about the poor service I have received from CCD. I upgraded to Rain 1 on 19/09/2023. When I upgraded, I was told that my sim cards would be delivered within 3-5 days. It's been more than a month and a half! Arrangements were made and a delivery date was set. The courier never arrived. No explanation was given. I then contacted CCD and a new date was set. However, this date was also missed. No explanation was given. I have subsequently contacted CCD and Rain multiple times. Every time a new delivery date is given and no one shows up. I am appalled at the poor service from Rain and CCD. No feedback. No reason given why the deliveries were never made. This is now about the 11th delivery attempt. My hopes are not high! I need my sim cards!
