Non delivery and no communication

I was supposed to receive a rain router today, I received an sms from CCD at 8.50am I called and confirmed there is a delivery for 8am - 12pm, the agent I spoke so advised she would give the courier a call to confirm time but never got back to me. I called again around 12.30pm stating I did not receive a parcel but was told the courier was there this morning and called me but there was no answer which was a lie as i did not receive a called or any notification of a missed call. I have been up from 7am awaiting the courier and call, but did not receive anything, please rectify this as I had other appointments and shifted them to wait for this router
