Hi, please advise why your driver refused to use a temporary ID? Is this in your policy that you cannot take a Home Affairs issued temporary ID? I needed that parcel today and I explained last week when you called that currently I have a temporary ID. Should I wait for my "original ID" for two weeks before I get the parcel? This is unacceptable, I will definitely cancel my contract with your clients if this is how you think in 2024.
