No show for scheduled appointment - delivery of bank card

CCD couriers were supposed to deliver my bank card yesterday, I took time off from work to wait for their delivery guy. They didn't show up, no phone call/text message either to re-schedule. They are still sitting with my card. The 1st appointment on 12 April - I phoned them and re-scheduled as they could not confirm the time when the driver would be arriving. I explained to their call centre agent that I would be leaving my premises promptly at 12:00, and that he should not send the driver if he was going to arrive after 12:00. The next thing I receive an SMS at 18:00 that the courier could not deliver due to my unavailability and that charges may apply to re-schedule. The fact of the matter is that the courier was a no show for this appointment as well. He never came to my house.... Your "service" leaves much to be desired. Please note that I will be bringing my dissatisfaction to the attention of the relevant bank as well. When Takealot delivery was contracted by the same bank to deliver my other card in the beginning of March, there was no drama, you can certainly learn a thing or two from them on offering good customer service!
