No Show despite appointment

CCD Couriers were scheduled to deliver my new card to me between 1000 and 1200 on Saturday 10 January. They had previously phoned me to confirm that I would be at home during this time. Needless to say, the courier never showed up at all, nor did they even have the courtesy to phone me to advise. Clearly they think I have nothing better to do than to sit at home waiting for a non-existent delivery.<br>
