No service

I received a SMS advising that they cannot get hold of me nor my alternate number. Calling CCD Couriers to sort out the problem they advise me that they dont know what to do with the parcel and they do not know whom to deliver it to yet they SMS both numbers. The parcel was handed to the Couriers in the 2 nd week of September and today the 13 October 2025 I am still without the document. Your reference is ***9
