NO RESPECT FOR HUMAN BEINGS

CCD Couriers - Not sure if its the company itself or the employees. Those people have no compassion, no empathy they don't care, they have no respect for a Human being. They treat people like objects. So, I missed a call from them about my parcel. I called them back, scheduled a delivery date but then later changed my mind, I called them to arrange collection, confirmed all the details on the phone. Drove to Fourways, when I got there I was told there is a 30minutes waiting time. I waited for 1Hour 30Minutes, no communication, nothing. Than a lady by the name of Hloniphile comes and tells me they cant locate my parcel, I asked her why was i waiting for so long, she then requested for my home address and said they will deliver that evening, just to get rid of me. They did not bring the package, they didn't even bother calling. The next day, I received a call from Jonathan who said they still cant find the package, they will give me an update later during the day, still they didn't call, no communication from them. I called them three days later and the agent there said they still cant locate the parcel. I don't understand how an organization can decide to treat people like that.
