No pride in their service!

This is the worst company I have ever in my life had to deal with. They are unorganised and have no pride in the service the deliver. I have been waiting for my deliver for so long it is insane. Empty promises all the time. First of all my delivery was supposed to be delivered on Friday they when I called to finde out what time it will be deliveded "they apparently had the wrong address". But according to them someone had to phone me for my address?! How on earth do you assure delivery and have "no address" according to your record. And the mess didn't stop there it just progressed. I do not understand how any of these amazing and big companies huse such an *********** courier service!

And trust me I have worked in the courier industry before this service is unacceptable and shameful.

The company needs to seriously get beter systems in place & get organised.

Biggest tip n can give you is: Rather under promise and over deliver then do this kind of thing. Word of mouth is your biggest and best way of advertising and after reading so many experiences like my own I can promise you that this is something that you guys need to get right.
