No interest in even trying to resolve a problem.

In January 2026 I cancelled my Rain Internet, I asked for my Router to be collected from an address after 5 Jan 2026. Today, 2 Feb 2026 CCD Couriers contact contact me to arrange pick up, problem is, ther is nobody at that address anymore and I am not home during the day. I called them and was bassically told even if though I did everything to have it collected in Jan, it's not their problem, it is my problem, they do not wor after 16:00 or over weekends, I am only home weekend and after 16:00. I feel it is very bad service that they did not pick it up when it was ready and now it is just my problem, there was no interest in even trying to resolve the problem, when I asked for a supervisor I was just told they wil tell you the same thing. No happy and will never recomend them to anybody, but then agai, have never before herd of them and now I know why.
