No integrity and poor customer service

CCD arranged for a bank card to delivered at at fixed time. Despite me calling, they failed to arrive at the promised time. I then got a call to reschedule. They didn’t arrive. By 4pm I got an sms to say that due to my unavailability, the card can’t be delivered. I called again and they promised to call me back. No luck, not even an acknowledgment. I go on holiday and I don’t have a card
