No Follow up!!!

Card delivery was expected Fri 13/03 between 8 and 10. I was not called! Received a call 11:30 from the call centre which i could not take as I was in a meeting. I was then notified on Monday (16/03) that I could not be contacted.I then called to arrange a new delivery date. This was for Friday(20/03) I called the call centre prior, stating that I had to be elsewhere urgently and if they could escalate and deliver. (I was even prepared to meet the driver) Called the call centre 3 times, each promising to call me back, with an update of the drivers whereabouts. NO CALLBACK! I feel like telling the BANK to cancel this card as I have yet to receive it! Will someone please arrange for this card to be delivered ASAP!
