No delivery, unprofessional

I am not happy with ccd couriers,the last card I ordered never arrived.i paid another R170 to get another card because of ccd couriers. On Friday 8 August I called you enquiring about the whereabouts of my card and u said the driver will be at my place before 16:00. At 15:15 I just got the message saying the driver is at my place but there was no one at the gate or the street. I have been telling Nedbank to cancel ccd so many times but they keep using this unprofessional company and it cost me money which they won't even pay back. I can't keep asking to leave work early for a delivery that never arrives. Am so angry. I am gonna have to ask to leave work early again whenever u lie saying u gonna deliver.
