No delivery, bad attitude from drivers, *********** staff
CCD couriers make promises and then surprise surprise they can’t deliver. No wonder the company has such a **** rating.
I’ve been waiting since 12:30 on empty promises. Now I’ve been informed that I’ll just have to wait until January for a card that was supposed to be delivered today.
Their drivers are rude when phoning them and call centre staff transfer you around and are generally ***********.
Can’t believe that companies actually partner with incompetence like this.
