NO Delivery, and personal lying to management.

My package was picked up on 1 Mrt 2023. I received 3messages confirming my package will be delivered on 2 Mrt 2023 between 08:00 and 12:00 I received a calender invite, 2 emails and yet another message confirming the delivery date. After 12:00 i received a message there might be a delay in the delivery. When i phoned at 16h00 to follow up why my package was not delivered, i was told the driver ( Mandla Dingaan) could not find the address. This is utter Bull#$%$#!!!! I have couriers to our building sometimes up to 3 times a day, we have the biggest building in the street, yet he could not find the building. I he also said he could not get hold of me, which once again is another lei!!!! I want to log a complaint against this driver for lying and not doing his job! This is unacceptable, and now my package also cannot be delivered today, as they are not in my area today? Please tell me how this im my problem? That employee should carry the cost of getting my package to me the next day because he was to lazy to do his job right in the first place. Now i can only get my package on monday, and I needed the product over he weekend. Please give me feedback a.s.a.p. Thanks
