No delivery and lack of communication
I am so disappointed with CCD couriers. I was told to expect my parcel within 5-7. Working days and I have been waiting for about 3 weeks. I have received numerous emails saying they cannot contact me. I have lost coung of the number of times I called to follow up. You have all my details and still are failing to deliver my parcel. Yesterday I called and a customer service agent at your Mthatha branch said she would call me back and she did not.
