No delivery

I ordered a Rain 5g router and it was to be delivered to me today and I told them that a while ago I lost my Identity document but I have a copy and my driver's license, today when CCD came to delivered they rejected my ID copy and insisted on the original, where will I get one now since there is a backlog at home affairs with ID documents and to make it worse they deducted from my account and didn't want my ID then. This is not professional at all, you can see that I'm the person on the Copy and license but you refuse to give me what I paid for, how?
