NO DELIVERY

Its very sad how CCD Couriers conducts its business, I've been waiting for my package from Intellicell for weeks now and when it finally arrives in Joburg from Capetown, the courier who should deliver it to me calls and tells me the driver forgot the speed point at the office so I can't get my package today and have to wait till next week Monday. How does one leave the office without all his equipment to perform his duties??? how is it my fault that he did not take it, why should I have to wait again for my package? I even had to come to the office(delivery address) and wait for them since they arranged for today but last minute they realize they don't have a speed point??? NO this is utter incompetence from a well-known courier company, im very disappointed in CCD COURIERS and their drivers.
