No customer service what so ever!
This has to be the worst business I have ever dealt with - as per "our" agreement sat waiting for the courier chap to come for 4 hours - after 3 hours I phoned realising this wasnt going to happen. I should have seen the warning bells after repeating my address 10x which they went and listened to - yet still unprofessional - no messages no follow up phone calls and I left messages for supervisors and managers - they dont understand that time is money and the fact that I still got phone calls for my address was beyond me yet they are so security wrapped - no I dont think so - so CCD who do I send my invoice to for wasting my time for 3 days? and putting your drivers in unroadworthy cars is unacceptable
