NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's been a month since receiving sms that card will be delivered. Still no card, customer care line does not ring. If you phone the 011 number, the call get dropped or you hold on forever. Nobody can give you an answer, even if you have a reference number. It boggles me that this company still exists.
