No courtesy nor remorse

On tuesday 15 January 2020 I received a call from CCD couriers on my cell number about my mweb router delivery. The lady who called me Nicole if not mistaken confirmed a wrong physical address which I updated with mweb before accepting offer and after on confirmation , now says its not updated and I cant update address nor come to collect. She asked for me to have my ID and proof of residential but due to I dont know whose error she said dey cant deliver then I spoke to a supervisor who promised to call back on 15 Jan 2020 till today hasn't coz she said she will escalate to their head office. I got every form required including my 1st application form for the 1st router before accepting the upgrade. My email is ***
