No communication

I ordered a rain Sim card on the 6th and it was handed over to them on the 8th today is the 4th day and I didn't get any communication of when it wil be delivered but when I send through an email I got a call and they only want to deliver on Monday... their service is appalling and would not recommend them to anyone... I want to cancel my order due to this and the lady I spoke to was ****y and has no customer experience she needs to be dealt with... they sat with my parcel for 2 days without communication and I asked for it to be delivered today or tomorrow she blatantly said no she will send it on Wednesday.. they need to fix their internal issues
