No communication

These guys sent me a sms early tuesday that they will be in contact with me regarding my delivery. They only phoned me this Friday at 13:00 saying they will deliver next monday. Horrible service. The only excuse they had is that they do not deliver on public holidays. Very arrogant and pathetic now I only can receive my package next Monday. Couriers that take their time.
