No Communication

I ordered my Fnb card and I was told to expect it on Friday the 15 September 2017or Monday 18 September 2017 the latest. I have been waiting for a call to inform me about delivery date and time. I decided to phone CCD this morning(21 November 201) and I was informed that the card is still with them because they still need to confirm my delivery details. Had I not phoned them today when were they going to contact me for confirming the delivery address. I needed my card this weekend seeing that it's month end but I must wait again for delivery who know when .How am I supposed to do my things without a card.This is a major inconvenience
