Never use or deal with this Courier company. They are the worst. Especially their customer service

Terrible courier service. Worst courier company I have dealt with! Amarex was the worst until dealt with these guy. And I would deal with Amarex a hundred times over these guys. They were the couriers used to deliver my new FNB credit card to me (as for FNB, why do you use these guys?).

They contacted me asking when they could deliver my credit card. I said I was at home all the time, and then I asked when they would drop off the card, and they said sometime in the next week. Which I thought was a strange response. I also gave them my new cell number

So a week and a half later still no delivery and then I got a message saying they could not contact me. I then contacted them and asked what happened. They said the driver arrived but could not get hold of me. They told me there driver took a photo of our place (which I thought was strange) and they said the car was there an no one was home. Which is untrue. Then I figured out they contacted the wrong number when they tried to call. When I said to them that I gave them the new number to contact me on when the driver arrived they told me I didn't.

That is when I lost it with them. I think they don't realise who the customer is. The customer service person had a terrible manner, especially when they told me I was wrong. So I then screamed at them and asked when it would be delivered. And they said it would be delivered the next day before 5.

I then waited the whole day till 5:30 and no one arrived. I and then I also got an sms from FNB that night at 10 saying the courier could not get hold of them

I then complained again and said they must just deliver the acrd to the FNB branch, which for some reason is an extra R100 more.

Moral of the story. Don't use CCD Couriers if you don't have to. The drivers don't contact you, and take photos of your place to prove that they could get hold of you, which I think is an invasion of privacy.

And second off if your bank has to use them, rather pay the extra R100 and get it delivered to you bank so you don't have to deal with the terrible and rude service of this courier company.
