Never Trust rainone!!! or CCD Couriers ever Again, worse Service I've ever received!!!!!

This is probably the worst service I've ever recieved, from a telecommunications company that are becoming so big in the industry, ordered a router and took out a package from them that they advertised from their website from the call center support staff being *********** to resolve a query to them not knowing the parcel is, to them constantly saying they will contact me, but never did they even call, even their courier company who distributes their parcels did not even know where the parcel is,

After we scheduled a delivery date, I called both parties numerous times, this Is very disappointing knowing not even one person could call to say, apologies the paacakage are delayed l, or they experiencing difficulties, instead they all kept telling me lies,

Considering the fact that I cut off from a huge Network provider because soemkme recommend I move to rainone, I regret every thing about it, especially the inconvenience they caused,

I would never recommend anyone to make use of this network provide, the service from both CCD couiers and Rain is terrible, !!!!!

Never again, do I want to experience such poor unprofessional service, because I myself who work with clients everyday would never treat my clients in such manner, please hire staff that are very compassionate and also passionate to work with people because, not even one agent were sympathetic about my situation, it's absurd
