Never received my package.

I placed a order with Rain and waited 10 days for delivery. When the courier finally arrived, he refused to handover my package since my ID document wasn't to his standards. He then told me he's just going to his car to make a call to the office to confirm. But ended up just driving off with my package without giving informing me or giving an update.

It also seems like everyone who works for their support team might be deaf, they can initially hear and when I explain my issue they would act like I'm not there and drop the call. ***?

Cancelled my order as soon as I finally made contact.

How does a company like this exist? Is this all a ****?
