Negligence

CCD Couriers, called me to arrange a delivery of my istore card which is a subsidiary of Standard bank. As proof of address, the only thing mentioned on the phone was to not bring my standard bank statement as it doesnt work being a subsidiary of standard bank.

Their attitude upon arrival was terrible, I was being blamed for information they didnt provide me with. The driver had no patience as he was too scared of his manager, to the point I had to speak with the manager and make alternate arrangements. Upon scanning documents that was considered appropriate to the company, i received no feedback if it was fine or not.
