NEED NEW ROUTER

For 5 weeks I have been trying to explain to the staff of Rain that the round electric point at the bottom back of my router is faulty and it won't connect. I have "requested a call back" more than a hundred times and every single time I have to explain the same thing over and over. The worst service ever from RAIN and CCD Couriers. Rain wants me to pay an upfront amount for me to get a router replacement, since the one I have is faulty and I've had it since October 2021. My account is paid every month but now when I need help, no one knows how to resolve my problem. CCD Couriers are just as hopeless, they make "appointments" with you to deliver something from Rain, but they never pitch up. I don't know who is more *********** between Rain / CCD Couriers. VERY, VERY PUTRID SERVICE ON BOTH ENDS. I NEED A NEW ROUTER. I HAVENT HAD WIFI FOR 4/5 WEEKS YET MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BEING PAID. ROUTER SWOP to be done at CHEP SA, Industrial Road, Kraaifontein. I NEED A NEW ROUTER. NO ONE EVER CALLS ME? I NEED A NEW ROUTER!! THE ROUTER I HAVE IS FAULTY!!!
