Name Shanay, Surname "Cape Town branch"

I wish it was possible to have negative stars or just not rate them at all. My FNB Premier card was scheduled for delivery on the 18 Oct 2022 between 08h00-16h00, giving the business the benefit of doubt, I did not follow up yesterday. ********** experience with a consultant by the name of Shanay and had the audacity not to give me her surname, telling me she's the only one at the Cape Town branch. Well, "Shanay Cape Town branch" as you wished to be referred as, your service there is truly not required and I'm not sure how you're still there. As an employee of the bank and knowing that our customers need to be serviced by CCD, I cringe at the thought of what they go through if there are calibers of your sort. I'm not willing to wait a further 3-5 working days when I need my card urgently tomorrow.
