My order didn’t arrive the driver rescheduled the delivery without my consent

I have been waiting for my delivery today the driver called me he said he is not allowed to come in to my workplace I told him I’m coming to him outside when I called him he said he left but he’s coming back… then all of a sudden when I call CCD couriers apparently he rescheduled my delivery without my knowledge and without my consent…I’m really not happy about this because I cannot work at home because my parcel hasn’t arrived..Some of the CCD drivers service is bad
